Odd, my mood improves the most when I eat 100% meat and eggs for a day or two. As a long-term thing (I can’t arfofd fresh-off-the-beast, raw, pastured meat for vitamins, sadly), a combination of fruit (all sorts, not just sweet stuff), eggs and meat make me feel at my very best. Salt intake depends. I sometimes need to ADD salt to my diet for a day or two, because my intake of added salt is nil.But the more meat I eat (especially fat and offal): -the more I feel optimistic and happy -the more stress is reduced -the better I sleep and work out -the stronger I feel -the better my essays turn out (focus is sehr gut on meat) -the less I feel pain (menstrual pains all but gone, even bashing my shin is no more than a reminder ache, no light-based headaches and burns and cuts heal faster and hurt less) -the less I get ill/notice when I’m ill (regardless of exposure, I’ve only had symptoms of illness once since August and that was freshers’ week; I’ve had HINTS I may have been ill once or twice, but when others I live with were sweating into dehydration, fainting and coughing their lungs out, I had a bit of excess mucus and didn’t find it as easy to walk with 25kg on my back: more an inconvenience than actual illness) -the more regular and generally easy my periods have become -the better everything to do with sex is (EVERYTHING)So, N=1: more fatty meat and offal are good for mood, hormonal balance, stress and general wellbeing.
It’s a joy to find someone who can think like that
You are going to be really happy with Taiwan, I’m sure. Don’t worry too much about finding a job here. You are at the very tail end of job-hunting season. But, with your experience it shouldn’t be too hard. Experience is the foot in the door that you need.Check out those websites, and let me know how it goes. I’ll keep my ear to the ground here for you.Or, if you want an editing job, I just saw advertised. They have offices in Taipei and my city, Tainan. Check it out. Pay probably isn’t as good, but the experience is.
A motivating discussion is definitely worth comment. I do believe that you should publish more about this subject matter, it may not be a taboo matter but typically people do not speak about such subjects. To the next! Best wishes!!
